12.1. Islamic Foods operates a community-based business model in which eligible individuals may participate as shareholders according to the company's approved rules and applicable legal requirements.
12.2. A person wishing to become a shareholder must complete the company's required application and verification process.
12.3. The minimum shareholder investment currently specified by Islamic Foods is BDT 10,000 (Ten Thousand Taka), subject to the company's approved policies and applicable law.
12.4. Shareholder investment must be deposited through the officially designated payment or bank account of Islamic Foods.
12.5. For each valid payment, Islamic Foods will provide appropriate official documentation or money receipt in accordance with its accounting procedures.
12.6. A shareholder must comply with the company's shareholder rules, policies, documentation requirements and other applicable conditions.
12.7. To support the community-based sales model, each shareholder is required, under the company's current policy, to purchase products worth at least BDT 10,000 per month.
12.8. The monthly purchase requirement is a business participation condition and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, investment return or appreciation in share value.
12.9. Any profit distribution to shareholders will be subject to the company's financial performance, approved accounts, applicable policies, shareholder rights and applicable law.
12.10. Statements concerning annual profit sharing represent an opportunity or entitlement only where applicable under the company's approved shareholder arrangements and applicable law. Islamic Foods does not guarantee a fixed annual profit unless expressly provided in a legally valid agreement.
12.11. Shareholder benefits, priority services, delivery benefits, special offers or other privileges may be subject to specific conditions announced by Islamic Foods.
12.12. Shareholder status does not automatically guarantee employment, a fixed income, guaranteed profit, guaranteed product availability or any other benefit unless expressly provided under a separate written agreement or company policy.
